right of withdrawal

you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. this is your statutory right under eu consumer law.

conditions for returns

the item must be unworn, unused and with all original tags attached.
the item must be returned in its original packaging.
proof of purchase is required.

how to initiate a return

to start a return, go to your order status page using the link in your order confirmation email and select "request a return." we will review your request and get back to you.

please do not send items back without submitting a return request first. returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

refund processing

once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

damages and issues

please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. submit a request through our returns form at wearfastforward.com/pages/returns and we will resolve the issue.

exceptions

gift cards are non-refundable.
custom or personalized items are excluded from returns.

exchanges

direct exchanges are not available. if you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
