2. scope

these terms apply to all orders placed through the online shop wearfastforward.com between fast forward and consumers as defined under § 13 BGB (german civil code).

3. offers and contract formation

product listings on our website are non-binding. by clicking the checkout button, you submit a binding offer to purchase. the contract is formed upon our order confirmation or shipping confirmation.

4. prices and shipping

all prices are listed in euros and include applicable vat.

germany: €6.49 flat shipping per order. orders of €40 or more ship free.
eu and international: shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. free shipping does not apply.

5. payment

payment is processed through the methods offered at checkout (e.g. credit card, paypal, apple pay, klarna, shop pay). your payment method is charged upon contract formation. discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

6. delivery

orders are shipped via dhl or a comparable carrier.

estimated delivery times:
germany: 2–4 business days
eu: 4–7 business days
international: 7–14 business days

we deliver to the address provided at checkout. partial shipments are permitted at no additional cost to you.

7. risk of loss and transport damage

for consumers, risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. please report any visible transport damage to the carrier immediately and notify us through our returns form at wearfastforward.com/pages/returns. this does not affect your statutory warranty rights.

8. right of withdrawal

you have the statutory right of withdrawal under eu consumer law. you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

to exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the return request option on your order status page. you can find the link in your order confirmation email.

return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

the following items are excluded from returns: custom or personalized products.

9. retention of title

all goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

10. warranty

statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with §§ 434 ff. BGB. the limitation period for warranty claims is two years from delivery.

11. liability

we are fully liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the german product liability act (ProdHaftG). in cases of ordinary negligence, we are liable only for breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to foreseeable damages typical to the contract.

12. intellectual property

all content, logos and trademarks on wearfastforward.com are protected. any use requires prior written consent.

13. gift cards and promotions

gift cards and discount codes are valid only during the specified period, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. minimum order values apply after returns.

15. online dispute resolution

the european commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

we are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

16. governing law and jurisdiction

german law applies, excluding the un convention on contracts for the international sale of goods (cisg). mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. jurisdiction is determined by statutory rules.

17. changes to these terms

the current version of these terms is available at any time in our shop. changes apply to future orders only.
