shipping destinations

we currently ship within germany, to european union countries and to selected international destinations.

shipping costs

germany: €6.49 flat rate per order. orders of €40 or more ship free.
european union: shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
international (outside the eu): shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

estimated delivery times

germany: 2–4 business days
european union: 4–7 business days
international: 7–14 business days

please note: no deliveries are made on sundays or public holidays.

customs and import duties

for shipments to non-eu countries, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply. these are the responsibility of the buyer.

carrier

orders are shipped via dhl. once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email.

returns

to initiate a return, please use the return request option on your order status page. you can find the link in your order confirmation email.
